Proposed Center

We have purchased a 1.66 acre piece of land in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The center has been designed by Cyrus Rivetna of Rivetna Architects, Inc. and features a prayer hall, assembly hall and backyard space for our children, as well as 50 to 60 parking spaces. The building will be roughly 7,000 sq. feet, but there is room in our plans for expansion should the community need to do so in the future.
Our projected timeline is approximately two years for completion. Our projected construction and maintenance reserve cost is $1.2 million. Before we break ground, we need to ensure that we have the funds in place to see this through completion. Therefore, it's critical for us to gather as many pledges as possible.
